Meet the Staff
There are two classes in Reception - Victoria Park and Thompson Park.
The staff have written a letter to all children
Dear Children,
We’re so excited that you’re coming to reception. We are going to be your new classroom teachers, and assistants. We can’t wait to meet you!
This is Miss Sullivan. She is the teacher for Victoria Park.
This is Mrs Aguis. She is a teaching Assistant in Reception.
This is Miss Watson. She is the teacher in Thompson Park.
This is Ms Grebbell. She is a teaching assistant in Reception.
We won’t be able to say hello in person just yet, as we all need to carry on staying home and keeping safe right now. But just because we can’t do that yet, doesn’t mean we can’t start having some fun together and get to know each other!
It’s okay if you feel a little bit scared about starting in reception – always tell a grown-up how you’re feeling so we can talk about it.
We’ve put our thinking caps on and we can’t wait to tell you about all the fantastic things we’ll be doing when you come to school!
What we’re going to do is: play, laugh, learn, make new friends and be kind to each other. 🌈
