Meet the Year 2 Team!

Class Teachers - Miss Copp

Teaching Assistant - Mrs Begum

PPA Teachers - Mrs Powell and Mr McInnes 

Routines:

Monday - Spelling test

Tuesday  - P.E in the morning. Children will access small group P.E sessions.

Wednesday - PPA day- children will either do Expressive Arts with Mr McInnes or Welsh with Mrs Powell. This half term they are with Mr McInnes.

                    - New spellings will be posted on SeeSaw ready for the following week's test.

                    -Return book bags to school ready to be changed and sent home on Friday!

Thursday -  PE - whole class P.E in the afternoon. We will complete a range of indoor and outdoor activities. 

Friday - Celebration assembly

            -New reading books sent home.

Reading / Darllen: We actively encourage regular reading both in school and at home.  Either Miss Copp or Mrs Begum will read individually with each child every week, or more frequently where additional support is needed.  Please return their book to school on Wednesdays.

-All messages about Year 2, whether it's spellings, or updates about any visits that we will be going on, will be sent on SeeSaw. Any whole school messages will come from ParentMail.
