Well-being & Meditation

Meditation, Mindfulness & Yoga

In Year 2 we practise meditation twice daily to help us relax our body and our minds for the busy day ahead of us! The children have now become great at it and have began teaching other year groups across the school.


If you would like to continue this meditation and mindfulness practise at home click on one of the links below and join in with your child. It has great health benefits and would be a great way to start or end your learning for the day.
