Primary School

Relationships. Wellbeing. Achievement.

The aim of homework at Lansdowne Primary is to encourage an effective partnership between home and school in promoting independence and enthusiasm for learning by providing opportunities to consolidate, reinforce and revise skills and understanding developed at school. We want our learners to develop a sense of responsibility and organisational skills to enable them to access and complete their homework. Parents, carers and families are by far the most important influences in a child’s life and school recognises and values all the developmental work and learning opportunities provided by home.
