Today is Friday which means one thing...P.E. Today's challenge is to complete the following exercises and count how many repetitions you can complete in 1 minute:

 

  • Star Jumps.
  • Squats.
  • Press ups.
  • Sit ups.
  • pencil jumps.

 

Complete this circuit 4 times. Record your score and each time try and beat your last score. Please send your results to your teacher. Good luck!
