Children's Mental Health Week 2021

Please see Everyday Activities (above) where you will find a range of games, songs, activities to be completed daily to help support your child. These types of activities should also be incorporated in to their home life where possible when your child returns to face to face learning.

Wellbeing is our number on priority and time should also be spent for quality family time. This could be going for walks together, no screen time, playing board games, hide and seek, talking about their likes and interests and how they are feeling. It is important we are discussing how the little ones are feeling, this is also very new and out of routine for them as it is us, so it is important we are talking to our children.

Please check the Lansdowne Wellbeing page where you will find more information
